Please select your wedding stationery products in the normal way through to order completion. Once your order has been totalled and submitted, we will contact you to arrange payment by your preferred method and confirm that your wedding stationery can be completed by the date required. Occasionally, it may not be possible for us to complete a wedding stationery order by the required date due to high volumes at peak periods. We will always let you know immediately if this is the case and offer you an alternative date if possible.
Where an alternative colour option has been agreed with us, we would always recommend that a customer purchase a single sample item first before making an order.
Whilst we offer some suggestions as to invitation wording, many customers like to add their own special touches so we will contact you to ask for your wording and any font preferences. We are sorry that we cannot print individual guest names on invitations. This is due to the limitations on our time.
We will send you proofs of the text for all your stationery items via email in the form of a pdf document for you to proofread and indicate any alterations as required. Once you are completely satisfied with the text and have confirmed your approval of this, we will proceed with your order.
There is a minimum order quantity for wedding invitations, menus and order of service of 20. As all our stationery is hand-made to order, this is due to the time factor in setting up some of our specialist equipment. However, menus can be ordered in fewer quantities, if we are aware of this requirement whilst making stationery in the same range at an earlier order stage.
We would always advise customers to order wedding invitations with plenty of time to spare before the last date planned for posting and at least 3 to 4 months before the actual wedding. Our turnaround for wedding stationery is usually 3 weeks from approval of proofs.
If you would like samples – simply order 1 of any items you are interested in. A sample is charged at the list price for a single item plus postage (see postal charges below). Unfortunately, we are not able to personalise inserts for sample items. However, the cost of a single sample will be deducted from any subsequent order for stationery of £200 or more. Alternatively, we are happy to supply watermarked pdf files of design elements in requested colours.
Late Additional Items
It is strongly advised that all wedding stationery items of any one assembly e.g. invitations and RSVPs, are ordered at the same time for the following reasons:
- Certain papers, cards, ribbons and embellishments are dyed or sent in batches, and each batch can vary significantly.
- Minute variations in printed colours can occur within different print runs.
There are three options for making payment to us:

- Bank transfer (internet banking – we will send you our account details).
- Online payment via Payatrader (we will send you an email with a link to our Payatrader account).
For the first two options we can also arrange payment in two instalments i.e. 50% at the order stage and the balance before posting. Please note that payment must be cleared before we start your order.
