What equipment do you use to print?
We use an A3 on-demand digital colour printing press for printing our graphics and images onto heavy cardstock. We use blockfoil machinery for printing the gold/silver onto front covers and sublimation foil printers for our gold/silver inners. Finishing equipment e.g. guillotines, folding/creasing and booklet makers are all used to complete our stationery.
How many should I order?
Always order a few more invitations than you actually need - mistakes do happen in handwriting names onto the inners or there can be the occasional hiccup in posting. We cannot, normally, supply you with less than the minimum order.
What is the minimum order?
Due to the time factor in setting up our equipment to print, we do not accept orders of less than 20.
Can I change the colours?
In some cases it may be possible to alter colour schemes. Please bear in mind that an additional cost may be incurred for this.
Can I change the typeface?
Yes - in most cases you can simply select another typeface that you might prefer for all our inners. We currently stock limited die sets for the outer covers of designs that are gold blockfoiled, so contact us if you wish to change these as there may be an additional cost.
Can I change the size?
All our designs are conceived with sizes A6 or A5 in mind. This way we can ensure maximum use of paper and card stock and minimise waste.
How long will it take until I receive my wedding stationary?
Where appropriate, you will receive proofs within 7-10 days of ordering with us. At this point you wil need to check the wording and layout very carefully. Once you have approved your order and your payment has cleared, you will normally receive your printed stationery within 3 weeks.
What are the delivery charges?
We are currently making a small charge of £5.00 for delivery. If your order comes to over £200 and you do not make use of our free Save the Date offer, we will post your order entirely free of charge.
